We know that planning a beach getaway comes with a few questions—especially when you’re trying to make everything as smooth and fun as possible for your family (pets included!). That’s why we’ve answered some of our most common questions below to help you feel fully prepared before you arrive at one of our Ocean City vacation rentals.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Yes! We offer pet-friendly stays with pre-approval. We know pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome them when arranged in advance. Please reach out to us before booking so we can discuss your pet’s needs and finalize the details to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone—paws included.

Is parking available at your rentals?

Yes, both homes come with free on-site parking for guests. Each unit includes one designated spot suitable for a medium to small vehicle. Additional free street parking is available nearby if you’re traveling with more than one car or a larger vehicle.

How far are the homes from the beach, boardwalk, and Downtown?

You’ll be just 4 blocks from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, making it easy to start your day with a sunrise walk on the sand or a morning ride on the boardwalk. Plus, we’re only steps away from the heart of Downtown Ocean City on Asbury Avenue—where you’ll find local shops, unique boutiques, coffee spots, and some truly special gifts.

Do you offer extended stays?

Absolutely. We welcome guests who are looking for a longer escape and offer discounted rates for off-peak extended stays. Whether you’re planning to work remotely for a week or spend a month soaking up the coastal air, we’d be happy to discuss availability and pricing—just give us a call.

Can we cook at the house?

Definitely. Each home includes a fully stocked kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and a few basics like spices, oil, and condiments. While we don’t supply perishable groceries, you’ll have everything you need to whip up breakfast, lunch, or a big family dinner. Just remember to bring your favorite ingredients!

Are linens included?

Yes, we provide bath towels and fresh bed linens for all guests. The only thing you’ll need to pack are beach towels—those are not included, so be sure to bring your favorites from home.

Do you offer beach chairs and bikes?

We don’t currently provide beach chairs or bikes. We’ve found that many guests prefer to bring their own for comfort and convenience. If you’re traveling light, there are also local spots nearby where you can rent what you need for a day at the beach or a cruise down the boardwalk.

Where can we store bikes?

While we don’t have dedicated bike storage, most guests keep their bikes securely locked up alongside the house or in the yard. Ocean City is a very bike-friendly town, so bringing your own can be a great way to explore.

Do you provide shampoo, body soap, or conditioner?

We don’t provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. Since preferences and sensitivities can vary from guest to guest, we kindly ask that you bring your own. This helps us keep the experience safe and comfortable for everyone.

Do you provide cleaning supplies, foil, paper goods, or plastic wrap?

We do our best to stock a few basic supplies as a courtesy—things like dish soap, a roll or two of paper towels, and some toilet paper to get you started. However, quantities may vary, so we suggest bringing your own backup or planning a quick stop at the nearby grocery store once you settle in.
