That’s why we’ve answered some of our most common questions below to help you feel fully prepared before you arrive at one of our Ocean City vacation rentals.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Yes, we offer pet-friendly stays with pre-approval. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss your pet’s needs and make arrangements. $150 Pet Fee

Is parking available at your rentals?

Yes, both of our properties come with free on-site parking for guests, consisting of 1 spot per unit which can be used for a medium to small vehicle.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the Seaside Victorian Cottage?

At Gloria Vare Properties, we manage our historic homes with care to ensure every guest arrives to a perfectly prepared space. Because timing can vary based on the season and specific property needs, check-in and check-out times are determined by your individual lease agreement. You can find your specific arrival and departure details within your lease and your final confirmation email.

How far are the homes from the beach, boardwalk, and Downtown?

Both rentals are located 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline without the hassle of driving. We are steps away from Downtown Ocean City and Asbury Avenue for local shopping experience, unique gift shops, and boutiques.

Do you offer extended stays?

Yes, we welcome guests looking to stay for a week or longer and offer discounted off peak season rates. Reach out to us directly for availability and special rates on extended vacation stays.

Can we cook at the house?

Absolutely. Each home has a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining—including pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and basic staples like spices, oil, and condiments. While you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal, please note that we don’t provide perishable food items or groceries, so be sure to bring your own ingredients.

Are linens included?

Bath towels and linens are included. Beach Towels you will need to bring.

Where can we store bikes?

We don’t have storage for bikes; commonly people bring bikes and line them up on the side of the house or in the yard locked up.

Do you have Shampoo, Body Soap, and Conditioner?

No, since we are a Vacation rental and not a hotel, we are very considerate not to provide since many people have different preferences and allergies, so please bring your own toiletries.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes. There is a cleaning fee of $300 regardless of length of stay.

Do you provide cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, paper goods, toilet paper, or plastic wrap?

Although there is no guarantee of these supplies, we do provide as a courtesy to have some basic supplies to get you started, however, if you need more you will need to bring or buy.
